Jobin Yvon introduces a new Radio Frequency (RF) generator for the GD-PROFILER™ Series of Glow Discharge OES Instruments. This flexible generator operates in both the normal mode with real power and in a new pulse mode.

The pulse mode extends the applications of RF-GD to thermal sensitive coatings and materials. Thermal sensitive glasses, rubber layers on stainless steels and polymer materials have already been tested and data presented.
