A compact high performance fluorescence lifetime system

The FluoroCube combines the latest miniaturized light source and detector technology with a large 25cm sample chamber borrowed from the award winning 5000-Series systems. This modular and flexible system includes as standard:

  • Large sample chamber (25cm cube - compatible with an Oxford Instruments cryostat)
  • Sample holder with facility for recirculating liquid temperature control
  • Excitation and emission optics with 50mm Spectrosil-B fused silica lenses
  • Two filter holders for 50cm squared filters (e.g. cut-off or neutral density)
  • Two blank polariser mounts (polarisers optional)
  • TBX-04 picosecond photon-detection module - more info
  • NanoLED controller module - now with computer control - more info
  • A choice of laser diode and LED-based excitation sources, including our new violet/blue picosecond laser diodes and our new SpectraLEDs for phosphorescence
  • Our new DataStation Hub PC-based timing electronics with 8k data range
