Expanding micro-analysis

For more demanding applications in Raman spectroscopy such as the use of AFM/SPM microscopes or of specialised sample cells and chambers, HORIBA Jobin Yvon has introduced a dual microscope option for the LabRAM HR Raman microscope.

The dual microscope system enables two microscopes to be fully coupled to the spectrometer unit. A dedicated second microscope or an upright combined with an inverted microscope sampling capability can now be provided.

Both microscopes maintain full confocal performance, multi-wavelength capabilities and superior laser rejection.

Dual microscope facility - One microscope can be dedicated to high-end research applications such as TERS, whilst the other for routine Raman mapping or chemical analysis.
